I bought the template, but I can’t find the download link in my account.
If you have any problems downloading the files, send us an email to [email protected] and we will send the files to the email used in the purchase.
Can I use the templates with all versions of Excel?
Most of our templates work with Excel 2010 or later versions. Our templates have not been tested with previous versions. Note that some of our templates only work with Excel 2016 or newer versions. If so, you will see a note in the Product Description > Other Information > “Built for Excel 2016 or later.”
I have found a technical bug on the template.
You can send us an email at [email protected]. We will do our best to correct the bug within 3 days and send you back the fixed template.
Can I use the templates on Mac?
Most of our templates work on Mac. If the template is not compatible with Mac, you will see a note in the Product Description > Other Information > “Windows only”
Do you have Google Sheets templates?
For the moment we don’t have Google Sheets templates, but we can develop some for you. Please email us at: [email protected]
I need a template, but I can’t find it in your store. Can I request a newtemplate?
If you are looking for a template that is not available for the moment, please contact us and maybe we could build it for you. You can send us an email at [email protected] to make a template request. We will do our best to include it in our future template list.

Can I remove the Adnia logo?
Yes, you can remove our logo after purchase. To remove it you need to unlock the template with the password we provided. Please note that some of our templates are already sold unlocked.
Are templates sold unlocked? Can I customize the templates?
Yes, you can customize the templates as you wish. Our templates are sold unlocked or we provide the password to unlock them.
